Refund Eligibility

We stand behind our creative learning programs and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions, in accordance with United States consumer protection laws:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase (as required by many US state laws)
  • Less than 25% of the program content has been accessed or completed
  • A valid reason for the refund request is provided (though we may approve refunds even without a specific reason)
  • The refund policy is not being abused or used fraudulently

Residents of certain US states may have additional rights under state consumer protection laws. We comply with all applicable federal and state refund requirements.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via email or phone with your purchase details
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. We will review your request within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • More than 25% of program content has been accessed
  • Refund request submitted after 14 days from purchase
  • Programs that have been fully completed

Program Transfers

In some cases, we may offer to transfer your enrollment to a different program instead of a refund. Contact us to discuss transfer options.
